At Majesty Pet Hotels, your dog’s health and comfort are our highest priorities. For the safety of all guests, we are unable to accept dogs with any of the following conditions:

  • Pregnant dogs
  • Dogs currently under sedation or sedative medication
  • Dogs exhibiting signs of kennel cough or other contagious respiratory illness
  • Dogs who have had surgery within the past two weeks or have visible stitches


If you have questions about a specific medical condition or need an exception, please contact our team prior to booking.

  • Must have valid vaccine and pre-approved before check-in.

 

  • No history or signs of aggression toward people or other dogs. 

Terms of Use

 

We love animals. That's why we have policies and procedures in place approved by our veterinarians, to assist with caring for your pets. We look forward to having them with us. Before you make reservations and leave your pets with us, we want to make sure you are aware of the following:

  • By using this online reservation system (the " System ") and/or by bringing your pet to Majesty Pet Hotels Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in addition to our Conditions of Use for MajestyPetHotels.com, our Legal Notices, Privacy Policy, and other health and safety policies which appear in our store(s).
  • You are also considered on notice, you assume the risk of, and you agree to fully release Majesty Pet Hotels Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and its operational designees ( 'Majesty Pet Hotels' ) for any liability or damages arising from your failure to follow these Terms and Conditions, conditions disclosed in the below Safety Warnings, and any and all conditions naturally occurring in a pet store in which animals are present.
  •  You are solely responsible for any injury or damage caused by your pet to persons, other animals, or property. Claims arising from such conduct should be directed to the owner of the aggressor pet; Majesty Pet Hotels Inc. is not liable for those claims. 

RESERVATION ACCEPTANCE

A reservation does not guarantee that we will be able to provide Services to your pet. Your pet must meet all requirements outlined herein including for vaccinations, eligibility, good health and behavior.

CANCELLATIONS

While Majesty Pet Hotels allows cancellations at any time, we respectfully request 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If canceling within 24 hours of an appointment, please contact the store directly instead of using the online reservation system. If a customer does not cancel or show for an appointment, we reserve the right to decline or cancel future appointments.

CANCELLATION REFUND

Boarding:

  • Canceling 48 hours before reservation will have 100% full refund.
  • Canceling 24 hours before reservation will have a 50% refund.
  • Canceling less than 24 hours before reservation will have a 25% refund.

Daycare:

  • Canceling 24 hours before reservation will have 100% full refund.
  • Canceling less than 24 hours before reservation will have a 50% refund.

Membership:

  • Membership fees are non‑refundable.
  • After cancellation, recurring payments will cease at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Membership benefits and access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
