- Scheduling a tour with us is easy. Simply email us at info@majestypethotels.com or call us at (714)227-2939.
- Once tour reservation is set, you will receive a tour confirmation email.
Tour Visit Policy
- Tours are limited to a 30-minute window to accommodate our guests’ play schedule.
- Please arrive within your scheduled tour time; tours cannot begin early.
- Arrivals later than your reserved time will result in automatic cancellation of the tour.
- A no‑show may lead to loss of future tour privileges.
- To reschedule, contact us as soon as possible.
- Majesty Pet Hotels reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or decline tour visits.
