•  Once your tour reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

To ensure our team can focus entirely on our guests during peak seasons, tours are unavailable during the following periods:

• Thanksgiving Week
• Christmas Week
• National Holidays (including the day before and after)

• Tours are limited to a 30-minute window to accommodate our guests’ play schedules.
• Please arrive within your scheduled tour time; tours cannot begin early.
• Arriving later than the reserved time period will result in automatic cancellation of your tour.
• A no‑show may lead to the loss of future tour privileges.
• To reschedule, contact us as soon as possible.
• Majesty Pet Hotels reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or decline tour visits.
