• Once tour reservation is set, you will receive a tour confirmation email.

Due to the play cycle of our stayers, we can only reserve a 30 minutes time frame for your visit. 

• Please show up within your tour time. Tour may NOT start early due to the schedule play cycle of our stayers.
• Your tour reservation will automatically be canceled if showing up later than your scheduled time frame.
• No call no show may result in revoking your tour privilege. 
• If you need to reschedule your tour time, please contact us as early as possible.
