Scheduling a private tour with us is simple!

Once your tour reservation is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with your dedicated time slot.

To ensure our team can focus 100% of our attention, care, and devotion on our staying guests during peak holiday seasons, private tours are unavailable during the following periods: 

• Thanksgiving Week
• Christmas Week
• National Holidays (including the days before and days after)
• Tours are only available Monday – Thursday, 10 AM – 4 PM during the summer season 

To maintain our uncompromising standards of cleanliness, safety, and uninterrupted play and rest routines for our staying guests, all private tours are strictly subject to the following guidelines: 

• By Appointment Only: No walk-ins. Tours are strictly 30 minutes.
• 15-Minute Grace Period: Arriving 15+ minutes late results in automatic cancellation to protect our pets' rest schedule.
• 2-Reschedule Limit: Maximum of 2 time changes per booking. Additional changes will be moved to our waitlist.
• Punctuality: Late arrivals or no-shows may forfeit future booking privileges.
• Right of Service: Majesty Pet Hotels reserves the right to reschedule or decline tours.
