By subscribing to a Majesty Pet Hotels Membership, you acknowledge and agree that your membership is an automatic recurring subscription. Depending on the billing plan selected, membership fees will be automatically charged to your payment method on file on a monthly or annual basis at the start of each billing cycle. 

It is the sole responsibility of the member to manage, track, and monitor their subscription status and upcoming payment dates. Majesty Pet Hotels does not provide individualized advance reminders for recurring charges. You may view or update your payment details anytime via your Paw Partner client portal. 

• Non-Refundable: All membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
• Cancellation: You may edit, update, or cancel your subscription plan at any time prior to your next billing date. Upon cancellation, future recurring charges will cease at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Benefit Duration: Following a cancellation, your membership privileges and benefits will remain fully active until the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle.
